Director of Youth Development 

+ Oversee the Club Members with children ages U5– U11
+ Manage and implement age-specific, educational, soccer curriculum for 3-4yr old children and the clubs Select program (U8 – U18).  
+ Manage and implement Academy structure and developmental coaching curriculum for ALL players
+ Ensure smooth transition for families and players making the step from U7 Academy to U8/U9 Travel and Competitive Soccer
+ Serve as a Head Coach of a number of the clubs teams 
+ Hire, train and coordinate staff coaches to deliver a consistent program throughout the club

State Director – Michigan South

+ Upon completion of my NSCAA Premier Diploma (April 2009), I was invited to join as a staff coach for the NSCAA.  I recently (Jan 2012) was asked to act as the State Director for MI South
+ I promote and oversee coaching courses across South Michigan and act as a point of contact for any youth soccer organizations looking to enhance their coaches development.  
+ This membership includes an elite group of coaches from across the United States.

Staff Coach for the Olympic Development Program (ODP)

+ Oversee the development of previously identified talented players both Boys and Girls
+ In 2010, 2011 and 2012 I was a Staff coach on the ODP 101 Program
+ In Summer 2010 , 2011 and 2012 I was an evaluator in various age groups for the ODP tryouts

+ Coached U6 – U8 Boys Academy teams

+ Ran Development Centers across the United Kingdom to develop players to progress to Academy level play
