Jaime Kitley

Trainers and Coaches

Jaime's passion for sports started young- growing up in San Diego and moving North to the Land bleeding Maize and Blue allowed for opportunities to play and develop in many sports. She started out with early morning swim practices, late evenings on the softball field, and weekend basketball games. Progressing in school she picked up Field Hockey which became her true love- She played for Huron High’s Varsity Team starting as a Sophomore in 2003 through her Senior year in 2005, Futures U16 and U19, and attended National Tournaments in Virginia, Pennsylvania, and California. Her team competed each year in the State tournament and took home the trophy in 2004. Jaime received a State Honorable Mention her Junior year and was invited to play at various colleges in during her Senior year.

Jaime not only exceled at Field Hockey, but her other passion was teaching, playing, and learning with our youth athletics! As a young athlete, she volunteered as much as possible throughout the Ann Arbor community. Jaime's grades earned her an Academic Scholarship at Eastern Michigan University, and she went on to pursue a Secondary Teaching Degree with a Double Major in Physics and Earth Science. While studying, she was invited to play Lacrosse- a growing sport in our area. Once she picked up her stick, she quickly became a starting player for EMU Women’s Lacrosse Team for the remainder of her college years.

As a former player, Ann Arbor Schools Middle School and High School Coach (Greenhills and Huron), a seasoned 10-year Referee for AAPS and Rec&Ed, she is ecstatic to be part of the management team at One on One as well as the Lead Field Hockey and Girls Lacrosse Director. She plans to continue the growth of Field Hockey and Lacrosse in the area by providing group/private training, clinics, leagues, and various opportunities for players to be involved year round.
