We are excited to introduce the new O3 Volleyball Club! For the last 6 years we have been running clinics, camps, and private lessons for Volleyball Players all over Southeastern Michigan, and with the opening of our new complex, we will now continue offering Nationaal, Regional & State Level Club Teams for the 2017-2018 Season! Our Volleyball Training programs were started in 2010 in the Ann Arbor location by current, and past, college players and coaches. They came together with our CSCS Trainer to come up with some fresh and innovative methods to train our Volleyball Athletes. 

We now offer:

+ Club Teams for Volleyball 
+ After School Volleyball Classes
+ Volleyball Camps
+ Volleyball Clinics
+ Private Volleyball Training Lessons
+ Conditioning, Agility, Strength, Speed, and Quickness Training for Volleyball

Setting, Hitting/Attacking, Blocking, Serving, and Passing are all covered. We deferentiate our training by blending agility, conditioning, and strength training (body weighting) with all of our lessons. Our lead Conditioning and Agility Coach has worked with Michigan Football, and Womens Softball, and now he mixes his knowledge with all of the Volleyball programs we offer. 

 

 

Private Volleyball Training

Individual training is an effective means through which a player can improve . We have helped thousands of players at all levels improve their game through individual and small group training sessions. We will work closely with each player, parent, and coach to develop and implement training programs that provide tangible results. Players can work alone or with friends and siblings. We also use vidoe analysis so players can see what they are doing.  Sessions last for 60-90 minutes and will be conducted at mutually convenient times.

Our private volleyball lessons, and group clinics, consist of the following:

1. Dynamic Warm-up
2. Conditioning, Agility, Strength Workout relating to Volleyball. 
3. Skill Development 
4. Player Workout of the Day. (A timed workout which allows the player to document their score. From there they take these workouts home and give players a model to "practice with a purpose")
