Our Aspiring Athletes will enter a more competitive atmosphere while still building on their knowledge of the sport as well as detailed-focused exercises.  Introducing higher level comprehensive mechanics in their sport while pushing them outside their comfort zone.

+ Conditioning, Agility & Plyometrics
+ Strength Training (core, lower/upper body)
+ Acceleration mechanics (minimizing foot contact)
+ Reaction exercises focusing on visual/audio response
+ Speed, Reaction, and Quickness routines
+ Improving footwork and first step quickness
+ Balance and Coordination
+ Flexibility and Injury Prevention
+ Continueing Character and Confidence development
+ Work Ethic development (teaching them "how-to" properly practice)
+ Refining their skills and knowledge for specific sports
+ Continueing education of a "Nutritious Lifestyle"
