Development (3rd-5th)


Our Development Athletes will focus on continuing to refine their athleticism through a progressive structure. They will continue to develop proper movement techniques and coordination. They will also be introduced to:

- Basic Agility & Plyometrics
- Core-Strength (body weight exercises)
- Balance and Coordination
- Speed, Reaction, and Quickness routines
- Flexibility and Injury Prevention
- Character and Confidence development
- Work Ethic development (teaching them "how-to" properly practice)
- Refining their skills and knowledge for specific sports
- Introduction to living a "Nutritious Lifestyle"
