Our Foundation Athletes will focus on building proper movement mechanics, coordination, and confidence building exercises while educating them in a “pressure-free” environment. A few key areas we focus on for our Foundational Athletes include:

- Introducing young athletes to specific sports
- Developing basic knowledge/learning the game
- Developing proper running mechanics
- Work on Coordination, Motor Skills, and Movement patterns
- Character development
- Confidence development (not being scared to “mess-up”)
- Introduction to “Team Sports” while learning how to be coached (Instilling a love for the game)
