Adult Athletes


Our Adult Athletes consist of men and women of any age, gender, or training level. All of our Adult Classes are no longer than a 60 minutes and are always in a group format. The hour-long classes include a total body workout consisting of: 

+ Strengthening core
+ Maintaining balance
+ Injury prevention
+ Conditioning, Agility, & Plyometrics
+ Intensive type workouts
+ Workouts designed to increase aerobic capacity and develop better functional movements
