Our Elite Athletes are those that are looking for maximum performance at the highest level.  Our programs are designed and centered around that athletes respective sport while also diving into injury prevention.  Turning the athletes weaknesses into strengths is just one of our goals.  During the training we will set both short term and season long goals to ensure that we are capitalizing on their full potential. Our main focuses of training will consist of:

+ Core strengthening for overhead, throwing or rotational athletes
+ Increasing acceleration and speed in all athletes
+ Decision making drills working on reaction times both auditory and visual 
+ First step/lateral quickness in all athletes
+ Explosive strength and power  
+ Proper body recovery and rehab with mobility/flexibility
